Ingredients
 

Salad Base

  • 350 grams (12.35 oz) Fusilli Pasta
  • 2 pcs Tomato Medium
  • 1 pc Onion Medium
  • 1 pc Red Bell Pepper Medium
  • 1 pc Cucumber Sliced into half moon
  • 15 pcs Kalamata Olive
  • 250 grams (8.82 oz) Feta Cheese Crumbled
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley Chopped

Dressing

  • 5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Dried Oregano
  • tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt To taste
  • Pepper Powder To taste

Instructions
 

Dressing

  • Whisk all the ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.

Salad Base

  • Let’s start our Greek Pasta Salad by boiling the pasta. You can boil the fusilli according to the package instructions. Once done, drain and set aside.
  • Before cutting the vegetables for the Greek Pasta Salad thoroughly wash them. You can cut the vegetables in any way you like, but it is easier to eat if you follow these ideas. Cut the tomatoes into wedges, the cucumber in half-moon slices, and slice peppers and the onion vertically. Sprinkle the chopped parsley and mix it with pasta to combine the flavors.
  • Drizzle with the dressing made and season according to your liking.
  • It is best to make this Greek Pasta Salad a few hours before serving for all the flavors to combine and be soaked with the dressing.
