- 100 grams (3.53 oz) Feta Cheese
- 1 pc Tomato
- ½ pc Red Onion Medium
- ½ pc Chilli Pepper
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ½ tsp Dried Oregano
Instructions
- Slice the onion and chili pepper.
- Place the feta in a piece of aluminum foil. Add the tomatoes and onions on top and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle the oregano on top and wrap it with aluminum foil. Place the wrapped cheese on a baking tray.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C/350 °F. Bake Feta bouyiourdi for 20 minutes.
