Ingredients
- 4 pcs Pita Bread
- 1 tbsp Ketchup
- 100 ml (3.38 floz) Passata Juice
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 tbsp Fresh Basil
- ½ pc Chilli Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 200 grams (7.05 oz) Mozzarella Cheese
- 200 grams (7.05 oz) Feta Cheese
- 1 pc Tomato Large
- 1 pc Green Bell Pepper
- ½ pc Red Onion
- 10 pcs Kalamata Olive Pitted
Instructions
Sauce
- In a blender, add ketchup, passata juice, oregano, basil, chili pepper, and salt. Pulse until they are smoothly combined. Season with salt.
Pizza
- Preheat the oven to 180°C/350 °F.
- Cut the onions, tomatoes, and peppers into thin slices. Crumble the feta and shred the mozzarella. Pit the Kalamata olives.
- On a large baking tray layered with parchment paper place the pita bread. For each pita bread, spread about 2 tbsps of sauce on top. Scatter shredded mozzarella on top of the sauce and start placing your vegetable toppings. Top this Greek pita pizza with crumbled feta and place it in the oven.
- Bake the pizza for 10 minutes. After the cheese melts and gets a golden color, it is ready.

NOTES
- If you don’t want the sauce to be spicy you don’t have to use red chilis.
- You can use a food processor if you don’t have a blender for the sauce.
- Even though this is a vegetarian recipe, you can opt to add meat. You can add any additional topping you wish to have as well.
