Ingredients
 

  • 1000 grams (2.2 lb) Calf Liver
  • 1000 grams (2.2 lb) Button – Baby – Pearl Onion
  • 1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Dry White Wine
  • 1 cup Tomato Juice
  • 2 Clove
  • Salt
  • Ground Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cut the liver into slices.
  • Then wash them well and drain. 
  • Peel the onions, heat the oil in a frying pan and add the onions cooking until softened.
  • Immediately add the liver, the 2 cloves, the salt and the pepper.
  • Turn them a few times to cook evenly.
  • Pour in the wine along with the tomato juice and allow to boil till its converted into sauce.
