Ingredients
- 1000 grams (2.2 lb) Calf Liver
- 1000 grams (2.2 lb) Button – Baby – Pearl Onion
- 1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 cup Dry White Wine
- 1 cup Tomato Juice
- 2 Clove
- Salt
- Ground Black Pepper
Instructions
- Cut the liver into slices.
- Then wash them well and drain.
- Peel the onions, heat the oil in a frying pan and add the onions cooking until softened.
- Immediately add the liver, the 2 cloves, the salt and the pepper.
- Turn them a few times to cook evenly.
- Pour in the wine along with the tomato juice and allow to boil till its converted into sauce.
