- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 cup Clarified Butter
- Clarified Butter For coating
- In a large bowl, add wheat flour, baking powder, salt, and clarified butter. Combine everything well and make sure that the dough is moist.
- Now, start adding water to the flour and knead it into a soft dough.
- Take a section of dough and roll it into a small ball. With your fingers, make an impression of 'X' and press it a little.
- Prepare such dough balls with all the dough.
- Next, place the Baati in a gas oven, also known as Tandoor. Bake them for 30 minutes until golden brown.
- Once the Baati is ready, dip it in melted clarified butter and keep it in a casserole.
