Ingredients
- 2 units Raw Banana
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder – Curcuma Powder
- 4 cups Water
- 2 cups Oil
Instructions
- Slit and peel the bananas.
- Slice them and transfer them to a bowl. Add salt and turmeric.
- Pour water and stir the mixture well.
- Drain the water and deep-fry the mixture in oil on medium flame.
- Remove after 10 minutes and serve.
