Instructions
 

  • Slit and peel the bananas.
  • Slice them and transfer them to a bowl. Add salt and turmeric.
  • Pour water and stir the mixture well.
  • Drain the water and deep-fry the mixture in oil on medium flame.
  • Remove after 10 minutes and serve.
