Ingredients
 

  • 2 units Raw Banana
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder – Curcuma Powder
  • 4 cups Water
  • 2 cups Oil

Instructions
 

  • Slit and peel the bananas.
  • Slice them and transfer them to a bowl. Add salt and turmeric.
  • Pour water and stir the mixture well.
  • Drain the water and deep-fry the mixture in oil on medium flame.
  • Remove after 10 minutes and serve.

NOTES

Do not let the bananas rest after slicing as they turn black.
COOKING TIPS:

The banana should be sliced thin and don’t overcrowd while frying the banana chips.
