Ingredients
- 1 cup Cashew
- ½ cup White Sugar – Regular Sugar – Granulated Sugar
- ¼ cup Water
- ½ tsp Rose Water
- 1 tsp Clarified Butter
Instructions
- Put the cashews in a grinder.
- In a pan, add sugar, water, and rose water. Bring over medium heat.
- Let the sugar melt and boil for 1 minute.
- Lower the heat and add powdered cashews.
- Add clarified butter.
- Keep stirring for 10 minutes on low heat.
- Transfer the dough to a sheet of parchment paper.
- Wait for 3-4 minutes to cool down the dough. Knead the dough with your hands to make it smooth.
- Place another sheet of parchment paper on top.
- Cut the dough into a diamond shape.
- Serve the Kaju Katli.
