Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Green Chili chopped
- 6 tbsp Mustard Seed
- 3 tbsp Kitchen Salt – Cooking Salt – Kosher Salt – Rock Salt – Flake Salt – Kashering Salt
- 2 tsp Turmeric Powder – Curcuma Powder
- 1 cup Mustard Oil
- 5 units Lemon
Instructions
- Chop the chilies.
- Add mustard seeds to a grinder.
- Take a glass jar and add the chilies and ground mustard.
- Also, add salt
- Cover the jar and keep it in sunlight for 3 days.
- Now, add lemon juice and turmeric.
- Mix the ingredients well.
- Keep it in sunlight for another day
- Take a smoking pot and add mustard oil, heat it well.
- Pour the oil into the jar.
- Let the mixture rest for another few days.
- Serve.
