  • 1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
  • Black Salt – Kala Namak to taste
  • White Sugar – Regular Sugar – Granulated Sugar to taste

Instructions
 

  • To prepare the Shikanji, take the lemon and cut them in half.
  • In a bowl or pitcher, add water and with the help of a juice squeezer, squeeze the lemon juice into it.
  • Add sugar, black salt, and cumin powder. Stir it well till the sugar dissolves.
