Instructions
 

  • Add mangoes and sugar to a blender and make a smooth paste.
  • In a pan over medium heat, add the puree.
  • Keep stirring.
  • Add cardamom powder.
  • Brush a plate with clarified butter.
  • Add the puree and spread it.
  • Let it dry in the sun for 2 days.
  • Peel without damaging the Papad.
  • Cut into small bars and serve.
