- 2 cup Mango sliced
- 2 tbsp White Sugar – Regular Sugar – Granulated Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Green Cardamom Powder
- 1/2 tsp Clarified Butter
Instructions
- Add mangoes and sugar to a blender and make a smooth paste.
- In a pan over medium heat, add the puree.
- Keep stirring.
- Add cardamom powder.
- Brush a plate with clarified butter.
- Add the puree and spread it.
- Let it dry in the sun for 2 days.
- Peel without damaging the Papad.
- Cut into small bars and serve.
