Ingredients
 

  • 2 units Mango Alphonso Mango
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cardamom Powder
  • 1 pinch Saffron Saffron Strand
  • 3 tsp White Sugar – Regular Sugar – Granulated Sugar Optional
  • Milk Optional

Instructions
 

  • Take the mangoes and rinse them with water. Using a kitchen towel, pat them to dry.
  • Peel the mangoes and chop them into pieces. Put the chopped mango into a mixer grinder.
  • If mangoes are a little sour, add some sugar or any other sweetener of your choice.
  • Blend the mango into a smooth puree and pour it into a bowl.
  • Next, add saffron strands and cardamom powder. Mix it well. If it's too thick, you can add some milk.
  • The Indian Traditional Mango Pulp Dessert from Gujarat  – Aamras is ready. You can either serve it right away or put it in the refrigerator for chilling.
