- 1 pc Eggplant – Aubergine Large
- ½ cup Onion Finely chopped
- 1 cup Tomato Finely chopped
- 1 tsp Garlic Finely chopped
- 1 pc Green Chili
- ¼ tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Fresh Coriander Chopped
- Salt to taste

- Wash the eggplant with water and dry it with a napkin. Once it is dry, apply some oil over the eggplant and keep it on an open flame for roasting.
