- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs.
- Add chopped tomatoes, onions, chili, and cilantro.
- Now, add turmeric and whisk well.
- Take a pan and heat it on medium flame. Add oil.
- Add the egg mixture.
- Cook the omelet on both sides for 2-4 minutes.
- You can also pre-cook the onions if you want the omelet to be slightly sweet.
