- 1 cup Wheat Flour
- ½ cup Icing Sugar – Powdered Sugar – Confectioners Sugar
- 15 units Cashew
- 15 units Raisin
- 4 tbsp Clarified Butter
- In a heavy bottom pan, add the wheat flour. Over low heat, roast the flour till its color changes, and you can smell a nutty aroma. It will take around 10 minutes.
- Now add the clarified butter to the pan and mix again.
- Add cashew nuts and keep on roasting while stirring. Turn off the flame after 5 minutes.
- Next, add powdered sugar to the mixture. Mix it well and add the raisins. Combine everything nicely.
