Grilled Gochujang (Hot Pepper Paste) Pork Ribeye Steaks

Are you a spicy lover? This recipe is perfect for you. A Korean hot pepper paste and hot pepper powder are used as a marinade for the grilled rib eye porkchop steak. Grind the ginger and garlic in a garlic press and combine with the soy sauce, Shaoxing rice wine or dry sherry, pounded white pepper, sesame oil, and Korean hot pepper paste in a sealed container. Marinate the ribeye pork chops for at least an hour or overnight. You can adjust its spiciness, though, according to your spicy tolerance. Follow the manufacturer’s directions when setting up a gas or charcoal grill for indirect cooking. Set the gas grill to heat up or start the charcoal. Roast the pork chops for 10-15 minutes.
