- 200 grams (7.05 oz) Flour
- 2 pcs Egg
- 100 ml (3.38 floz) Oil
- 300 ml (10.14 floz) Milk
- 1 tsp White Sugar – Regular Sugar – Granulated Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt.
- Add in eggs and ⅔ of the milk. Mix well.
- Add more milk until you get the right consistency. It should be runny and smooth (no clumps of flour).
- Once the batter is smooth, add oil and mix well.
- Over medium heat, brush pan with oil.
- Pour a ladle of batter and cook for about 2 minutes on each side.

Instead of milk, you can use water or a mixture of milk and sparkling water.
