  • 1000 grams (2.2 lb) Pork with a little fat
  • 500 grams (1.1 lb) Onion Chopped
  • 4 pcs red pepper Medium
  • 3 pcs Tomato Medium
  • 200 ml (6.76 floz) Oil
  • 2 tbsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 5 tbsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley

Instructions
 

  • Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces, season it with salt, and put it on the BBQ sticks. Grill them for about 10 minutes.
