- 1000 grams (2.2 lb) Pork with a little fat
- 500 grams (1.1 lb) Onion Chopped
- 4 pcs red pepper Medium
- 3 pcs Tomato Medium
- 200 ml (6.76 floz) Oil
- 2 tbsp Ground Black Pepper
- 5 tbsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley
- Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces, season it with salt, and put it on the BBQ sticks. Grill them for about 10 minutes.
- Chop the vegetables. In a pan, heat a few tablespoons of oil and sauté the chopped vegetables.
- Add the BBQ meat and the remaining oil and seasonings and cook it for about 20 minutes.
