- 200 grams (7.05 oz) Spinach Washed and cleaned
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 1500 grams (3.31 lb) Beef Stock
- 180 ml (6.09 floz) Sour Cream
- Salt To taste
- Pepper Powder To taste
- 1 pc Egg Yolk
- Cut the spinach into strips.
- In a pot, heat the oil and add flour. Once the flour starts to change its color, add chopped garlic.
- Sauté the garlic then add spinach.
- Add the beef stock into the pot and cook for 30 minutes. Make sure to stir occasionally.
- Add the egg yolk and the sour cream (leave about a tablespoon of sour cream for decoration).
