  • 200 grams (7.05 oz) Spinach Washed and cleaned
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 1500 grams (3.31 lb) Beef Stock
  • 180 ml (6.09 floz) Sour Cream
  • Salt To taste
  • Pepper Powder To taste
  • 1 pc Egg Yolk

Instructions
 

  • Cut the spinach into strips.
  • In a pot, heat the oil and add flour. Once the flour starts to change its color, add chopped garlic.
  • Sauté the garlic then add spinach.
  • Add the beef stock into the pot and cook for 30 minutes. Make sure to stir occasionally.
  • Add the egg yolk and the sour cream (leave about a tablespoon of sour cream for decoration).
