Ingredients
- 10 pcs Egg Large
- 2 tbsp Mustard
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper Powder
- 2 tbsp Sour Cream
Instructions
- In a saucepan, boil the eggs for about 10-15 minutes.
- Once the eggs are well cooked, peel and cut them in half. Separate the yolks and place them in a small mixing bowl.
- Season the yolk with salt, pepper, mustard, mayonnaise, and sour cream.
- Once seasoned, blend them using an immersion blender until smooth.
- Fill a piping bag (you can use a star piping tip for decoration) with the egg yolk mixture.
- Carefully pipe the mixture into your boiled egg whites.
- Once you're done with the filling, transfer the eggs to a metal tray or a plate and place them in the refrigerator for 20 minutes before serving.
