Ingredients
 

  • 10 pcs Egg Large
  • 2 tbsp Mustard
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper Powder
  • 2 tbsp Sour Cream

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan, boil the eggs for about 10-15 minutes.
  • Once the eggs are well cooked, peel and cut them in half. Separate the yolks and place them in a small mixing bowl.
  • Season the yolk with salt, pepper, mustard, mayonnaise, and sour cream.
  • Once seasoned, blend them using an immersion blender until smooth.
  • Fill a piping bag (you can use a star piping tip for decoration) with the egg yolk mixture.
  • Carefully pipe the mixture into your boiled egg whites.
  • Once you're done with the filling, transfer the eggs to a metal tray or a plate and place them in the refrigerator for 20 minutes before serving.
SERVE WITH:

Once the eggs are filled and ready, take them out from the refrigerator and sprinkle them with some freshly chopped parsley or with some Hungarian sweet paprika powder on the top.
