- 10 pcs red pepper
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 6 tbsp White Vinegar
- 12 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 250 ml (8.45 floz) Water
- Grill the red peppers on a grill or a stovetop.
- When they’re grilled, put them in a zip lock bag and leave them to cool.
- Peel the peppers and cut the bottom to drain them.
- Leave the pedicel.
- Cut the garlic into small pieces.
- In a bowl, layer the peppers, and add the vinegar, oil, water, and salt. Add garlic.
- And leave it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before consuming it.
