Ingredients
 

  • 10 pcs red pepper
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 6 tbsp White Vinegar
  • 12 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 250 ml (8.45 floz) Water

Instructions
 

  • Grill the red peppers on a grill or a stovetop.
  • When they’re grilled, put them in a zip lock bag and leave them to cool.
  • Peel the peppers and cut the bottom to drain them.
  • Leave the pedicel.
  • Cut the garlic into small pieces.
  • In a bowl, layer the peppers, and add the vinegar, oil, water, and salt. Add garlic.
  • And leave it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before consuming it.
