- 1 pc Leek – Onion Leek Medium
- 2 pcs Tomato Large
- 4 pcs red pepper Large
- 1 pc Chili or cayenne pepper
- 10 ml (0.34 floz) Oil
- Salt To taste

- Roast your peppers on a grill or a stovetop.
- Put them in a zip lock bag and let them cool.
- Peel them and remove the seeds.
- Cut them into cubes.
- Cut the rest of the vegetables.
- Mix it all in a salad bowl.
