  • 2 cups Cucumber Finely chopped
  • 2 tsp Fresh Coriander Leaf Finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Green Chili Chopped
  • 2 tbsp Roasted Peanut
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Coconut – Young Coconut Grated
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp White Sugar – Regular Sugar – Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard Seed
  • 10 units Curry Leaf

Instructions
 

  • Combine cucumber, yogurt, chili, peanuts, and coconut in a bowl.
  • Heat oil in a pan on medium flame. Then add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
