Ingredients
 

  • 1250 grams (2.76 lb) Chicken Wings Medium
  • 1 cup Flour
  • ½ cup Corn Flour – Cornflour
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 50 grams (1.76 oz) Cayenne Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • 6 cups Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Buffalo Sauce
  • 2 cups Water Cold

Instructions
 

  • Pour oil into a deep fry pan and let it preheat to 325 °F (167 °C)
  • In a bowl add all dry ingredients and mix them together.
  • In another bowl pour cold water.
  • Take chicken wings one by one, place them in the dry ingredients, coat well, and then dip them in cold water and again place it in dry ingredients.
  • Place them on a tray and freeze for 5 minutes.
  • Now put in oil and fry it for 20 minutes, make sure it is fully cooked from the inside and crispy Golden Brown from the outside.
  • Take wings out of the pan and place them on paper towels, let them cool for a minute.
  • In a bowl add buffalo sauce and put wings in it, coat the wings with sauce generously.
  • Serve them on a plate.

NOTES

It can be cooked in the oven too.
COOKING TIPS:
The oil must not be extremely hot or it will burn the wings.
SERVE WITH:
Serve it with Ketchup, BBQ sauce, or ranch sauce.
