- 1250 grams (2.76 lb) Chicken Wings Medium
- 1 cup Flour
- ½ cup Corn Flour – Cornflour
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 50 grams (1.76 oz) Cayenne Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- 6 cups Olive Oil
- 1 cup Buffalo Sauce
- 2 cups Water Cold
- Pour oil into a deep fry pan and let it preheat to 325 °F (167 °C)
- In a bowl add all dry ingredients and mix them together.
- In another bowl pour cold water.
- Take chicken wings one by one, place them in the dry ingredients, coat well, and then dip them in cold water and again place it in dry ingredients.
- Place them on a tray and freeze for 5 minutes.
- Now put in oil and fry it for 20 minutes, make sure it is fully cooked from the inside and crispy Golden Brown from the outside.
- Take wings out of the pan and place them on paper towels, let them cool for a minute.
- In a bowl add buffalo sauce and put wings in it, coat the wings with sauce generously.
- Serve them on a plate.
The oil must not be extremely hot or it will burn the wings.
Serve it with Ketchup, BBQ sauce, or ranch sauce.
